Human Rights

The Human Rights Act came into force on 2nd October 2000, greatly affecting the way legisation is now created, interpreted and applied internationally. It has become incumbent upon all human rights practitioners to recognise and respond to the challenges The Act presents.

Human Rights is a dynamic area of law yielding a vast array of case law which in turn impacts on both our public and private lives. It is therefore, essential that both potential and well establshed human rights practitioners stay appraised and alert to the wealth of information available to them.
